Tales From Distant Stars: Beta Version

In this game, you and your friends or family play one of four allied species aboard the USS Langley, Earth’s first FTL-capable starship. Earth is a new member of the Galactic Union, and the Earthlings are eager to prove their worth, as well as fight the evil Greys who seek to dominate the universe.
Characters are developed using 4 rolled attributes, 4 calculated attributes and a skill-based, rather than class-based system. Opportunities exist for starship combat wherein the party acts as members of a bridge crew with different roles, as pilots of individual starfighter-craft or as members of an expeditionary squad landing on a planet.
