Sitting amongst the delapidated and abandoned homes, in the southwest end of the town of Braunhaven, sits a lonely manor. Nobody remembers who built this once glorious home but many remember it as a charitable safe haven for those that were down on their luck. The manor has sat abandoned for many years and is in much need of repair.

Presented here is a great reward for your adventurers! The town will gladly give the land to a group that proves they are of value to the town and makng them permanent citizens of the town gives your party of adventurers an investment in the town's well being.  But first, they'll have to clear the place out...
