The dev is very professional and properly loaded all the downloads. I haven't read the game cards yet because I plan to use the setting with another system, so I will focus on the setting. It's very good. It takes advantage of the history of the area it is set to set up a weird war story that isn't just another "Cthulhu in X historical period" romp. It's also free, so I highly recommend it if you need inspiration for an adventure.
