This is a random dungeon generator that uses dice rolls and geomorph tiles to generate a dungeon for Pen and Paper RPGs. I wanted to make something I could use to make dungeons on the fly. The tiles are 10 x 10 and a few 20 x 20. You get the roll20 VTT compatible tiles as well (at 70px per square). You get the following:

– 39 Dungeon Entrance Tiles
– 39 Cavernous Entrance Tiles
– 100 Dungeon Chambers Tiles
– 20 Dungeon Hallways Tiles
– 10 Large 20 x 20 Chamber Tiles
– 20 Cavernous Chamber Tiles
– 12 Cavernous Hallways Tiles
The file titled “Basic Expert Blue” are the raw image tile sets you can use to import into any kind of editor that can use custom tile sets. Permission is granted to use these base tiles commercially.

I’m impressed with this ‘random’ dungeon creator which rapidly provides you a grid for both conventionally archetectured and cavernous maps. Its simplicity and brevity tempts the DM to think ‘I could have done that’ and ignore the hard work and polish that whittled this system down to a smooth polish. You won’t find a thing in here that conflicts with whatever fantasy game system you like to use. Just the several pages of preset room options is worth the $8 by itself–few campaigns will use them all up, but you’ll also receive graphic elements to make completely new ones if and when you want.
